Nancy and Emily provided excellent customer service at every step of the way making sure that I had everything that I needed and could move in quickly. Compared to other options, Cube Smart Parsippany has been a great choice for my family and I. We got a great price, a first floor location, and a climate controlled environment which has been important giving a recent career relocation. Sparefoot.com simplified the search process and helped us save a lot of time researching and comparing.

Two solid dudes running the office make it short and sweet and affordable by matching the best online deals out there so there's no need to price shop.. * locked my damn keys in my truck and had to wait an hour for a locksmith but the boys definitely were trying to help in every way..

The price was lower but the age and condition of the facility is commensurate to the price. The lift was not functioning so I had to carry everything up to the second floor. An employee was nice enough to help with the largest piece. I would recommend it with some explanation.

I went to the facility and was assigned a storage unit as we approached the unit the girl working with me realized that that particular unit door was difficult to open so she changed my unit to make it easier for me to open. She was extremely friendly and would absolutely recommend this place.

The place is okay for now. I will be looking into moving to a more secure place within a few months. The outer door to my climate controlled building lacks a locking door.
