Great storage rental experience. Easy check in. Fair pricing. Very clean and secure storage space. The only thing I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t particularly like or think was fair was that I was charged a $24 admin fee TWICE. One $24 fee made sense but 2 units and 2 admin feeﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s felt excessive. I would encourage potential customers to shop the prices as the $24 fee was high, but paying it per unit was borderline unethical in my book. If not for the duplicate fee Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have rated this Storage experience a 5.

Jill, the General Manager at CubeSmart in Randolph, NJ was incredible! She was so helpful in assisting me with renting two units at their location and as we were moving in, even brought our guys waters. Her customer service is the best and I would highly recommend this location!
