The current Property Manager for my caility in Morris Plains, NJ, has maintained the facility far better than any previous Manager, and I have been there since 2005-2006. The hallways and bathrooms are maintained far cleaner than ever before. Discipline is maintained against violators of product stored -- I know of at least two. Michael is the BEST of the Best. I actually reserved a unit that was way too small for my stuff. Mike, the property manager was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He was able to get me the size I actually needed (I'm terrible with dimensions), and the whole process was so quick and easy, and we had a pleasant chat.

Very pleased with this location. I was in the other day for moving supplies and dealt with Mike who was so pleasant to interact with and funny! He made me smile during a very stressful transition to my new home. Mike answered all my questions about renting out a unit and showed me around the facility. I was actually surprised how clean it was and feel good about getting a unit there going forward. Thanks for everything and would highly recommend this place.

I have used this location for most of the 10yrs that I've been in the area. The prices are reasonable and the staff, while often changing, have been consistently trained in customer service excellence. I have not had any problems over the years and any concerns have been politely and professionally addressed. On a busy Saturday you might have to wait for one of the approximate 4 storage carts but it's not the norm nor are the waits unbearable. The 2 elevators are large and quick. The premises feel safe, even during dark winter evenings. The gate hours are very convienant and you can find supplies for all of your packing needs in the store front.

I have used several public storage places over the years throughout the nation. I must say that SHAKA was easily one the best people (employees) that I have ever encountered during these stays. He was supremely cordial, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. It was such a indescribably wonderful experience. Someone should certainly promote this young man. He exemplifies the true definition of customer service. The property as a whole was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this location.

Public storage makes the whole process of storing anything hassle free and their facilities are very clean and secure. The only complaint I have is that they jacked up the rent 15% on me once in Hoboken and there was nothing I could do except leave.

I have never used or needed a storage unit before so from the start to finish I have to say this was so much easier than I had anticipated. I did the research online and the website is very easy to follow with helpful videos to assist you in choosing what size you will need. A day or so after I reserved my unit for my anticipated move in date Chris called to confirm and to see if I had any other questions. Chris said he would call again before move in to check on me and see if there was anything I needed and confirm a time again and he did. The day I arrived very close to the scheduled time and was greeted by Chris and a couple others who asked me a bunch of questions to make sure i had reserved to right size. We went around to look at the unit and signed tge paperwork. It was very easy and everyone was extremely helpful. Chris and his staff want to make sure that everything will be perfect for you. I do recommend this facility for anyone looking.
